Food Manufacturing–Based Franchise Brand Franchise Introduction Deck Design

This project planned and designed a franchise introduction deck for a new, food manufacturing–based brand—clearly structuring headquarters support systems, franchise onboarding processes, and operational frameworks.
By presenting risk factors and execution feasibility in an intuitive, transparent way, the deck establishes a clear communication standard that enables prospective franchisees to evaluate the brand with confidence and clarity.

When considering a franchise, prospective owners look first not at projected profit, but at whether the operation is realistically executable.
This project began with designing a franchise introduction deck for a new brand launched by a food manufacturing company—focused on clearly communicating the headquarters’ support system and the overall franchising process.

Information was structured so the roles provided by headquarters—logistics systems, operating manuals, marketing support, and promotional frameworks—could be understood at a glance. The franchising process was then visualized step by step, differentiated by whether the prospective owner already had a store location.

By prioritizing trust-centered information architecture and intuitive design, the deck enables prospective franchisees to assess feasibility without unnecessary interpretation. The result is a franchise communication tool that persuasively conveys the brand’s operational strength and readiness for execution.
