This project designed a conversion-focused landing page that guides international users seamlessly from information comprehension to trust evaluation and finally to quote requests—ensuring confidence and immediate action even at their very first encounter with Korean medical services.
WHAT WE OBSERVED
Korean dermatology and plastic surgery clinics attract global attention, yet the first screen international users encounter often feels overwhelming. There are too many hospitals and too much information—and it’s not immediately clear what can be done on this page, right now.
A CLEAR REASON TO STAY
The primary role of this landing page was not explanation, but creating a reason to stay.
In the hero section, complex medical details were intentionally replaced with clear messaging and visuals that answer one question instantly: “What problem can I solve here?”
Before scrolling, users already understand the purpose of the service.
TRUST BEFORE ACTION
For international users, the biggest barrier to conversion was not price—it was uncertainty.
Because medical decisions require trust before action, the content order and visual density were carefully adjusted to communicate professionalism and safety naturally. The goal was for visitors to feel verified and reassured before feeling persuaded.
FRICTIONLESS CONVERSION
The quote request form serves as both the conclusion and the core action of the page.
Designed to be completed in under one minute, the form minimizes input fields and simplifies question flow. Users don’t need to write long explanations, while the service still captures exactly the information required for conversion.
DESIGNED FOR GLOBAL USERS
The multilingual UI/UX—optimized for English and Chinese users—goes beyond direct translation.
Reading speed, decision-making patterns, button placement, sentence length, and option phrasing were all adjusted to ensure the experience feels intuitive and familiar to international visitors.
A PAGE THAT LEADS TO ACTION
In this project, the landing page is not a container for information—it is a mechanism for decision-making.
By clearly structuring the flow from trust → understanding → action, the page turns a foreign user’s very first encounter with Korean medical services into the starting point of conversion.
