This project designed a landing page that reframes the disappointment of failed ticketing into renewed anticipation—shaping the canceled-ticket discovery process as a cultural experience rather than a last-minute workaround.

WHEN PLANS FALL APART

The moment ticketing fails, most services simply stop.
Ticket Labs was designed to begin after that moment—to reimagine the time that follows disappointment.

Centering the experience around canceled-ticket alerts, the landing page was structured to carry users’ emotional flow forward, allowing them to wait again for a concert they had once given up on.
From the very first screen, the role of the service is made instantly clear—so the experience moves seamlessly from failure → discovery → anticipation, without breaking the emotional thread.

DESIGNED TO KEEP YOU LOOKING

Reviews, latest-first sorting, and category-based concert listings create a structure that encourages users to stay and explore.
The UI is kept simple for fast information access, while graphic elements and color bring clarity to the brand’s presence.

Rather than listing features, Ticket Labs’ landing page focuses on delivering the experience of bringing culture back within reach—turning the act of searching for canceled tickets into something worth lingering over.
